CARE YOUR HEART
Many people suffer from heart related health problems. The problem occurs to old people in greater number than the younger ones. But it can be prevented if we take up certain preventive measures which includes exercise, diet control etc. If you follow the following simple rules you can avoid from being in the heart patient groups which is invading our modern world.
1.Do exercises regularly with proper diet.
2.Don’t put on extra weight as an increase in 1 kg body fats increases about 700 km of blood vessels which put real presure to the heart.
3.Don’t be a weekend player. Putting too much physical exercise once in a week is dangerous and should be avoided.
4.Avoid giving too much emotional stress to the heart. the best way to relax in such emotional condition is to play with a child..
5.A 6 hour sleep is recommended for the proper and healthy rest of the heart
6.If you have high or low blood pressure, don’t ever forget to take the pills anywhere you go.
7.If your heart beat increases, you can control it up to some extent by rubbing gently the head which lie at the back of the ears.
Always remember your heart does its work the whole of your life, even when you are sleeping, so take good care of your heart.
