Cheap real estate deals
I was going through a real estate magazine when I noticed an article about this family and and the big real estate in which their second home lies. They were able to get their dream weekend ranch home by watching their budget and splurging on those amenities that were most important.
This makes me think that having a second home might not be a bad idea especially if you had a nice cabin in the mountains or a condo near the beach. It would be nice to have a spot just to pack up and head to on the weekends.
My cousin’s family used to have a second home that they loved. They would just head to the beach whenever they wanted to and always had a place to stay. It’s not a bad idea. It would definitely give us some more options to place some of our stuff.
