How to Remain Fit.

It is big question mark in life about how to be fit. There are people who are either over weight and on the other hand there are people who are underweight. People who are overweight wants to loose weight but they don’t know how to lose weight. While on the other hand those who are underweight don’t know how to gain weight. In all no one knows how to be fit. To be fit one needs to do regular exercise. Moreover one needs to have a proper diet. A good diet is very important to be fit.
