Insuring deals with tea
Nobody knows exactly, where or when, the first cup of tea was brewed. According to the folklore, emperor Shen Nung who reign over China in 273 BCÂ discovered the stimulating effect of tea accidentally when wild tea accidentally when wild tea leaves fell into pot of boiling water. Chinese have probably been drinking tea in some form or the other since the fourth century AD. The raw material of tea manufacture normally consists of two young leaves and an unopened leaf bud- the famous two leaves and a bud formula, but, plucking of longer shoots containing 3 to 4 leaves is not uncommon. The freshly harvested tea shoot can be processed into various kinds of tea, namely green tea, black tea, oolong tea and instant tea. In the manufacture of black tea, the material undergoes fermentation, while in the production of green tea, the grounded leaves are simply dried. Tea is becoming a common part for the breakfast for most of the people in most of the places in the world. Diabetic patient can also take tea with the addition of non glucose sugar or no sugar. It is the peculiar taste of the tea, that appeals to every one. Interestingly you can live only on tea and nothing else also. New reports in the newspaper says that in India they found two such people who live only on tea. The report says that one person had changed the food habit when he could no longer manage to buy other food from the income he earned. While the other said that he had switched to tea only when his wife could not give him food in the right appointed time, and from then on he had pledged to leave the normal food. But the interesting point here is that we can survive with tea as the two persons had proved it. Making a nice and delicious tea also need expertise, though most of the tea are similar in taste. The main thing we should keep in mind is that we should boil the water for about 5 minutes before we put on the tea leaves. Again we should not put off the heat instantaneously, but slowly and steadily, consuming the right amount of time
