Preventing skin diseases
Skin diseases cause health problems to many of the present world population. Most of them are unreported or overlooked as they seem to be minor problems. But it can cause serious problems when overlooked for a long time. Skin disease occurs mainly in hot and humid climatic regions, specially the tropical and the equatorial areas. Ring worm, sun burn, pimples, skin rash are some of the most common skin problems. Even though many of them can be cured without much difficulty, prevention would be the best option. Preventing them is not so difficult. All we need to do is to have some health related skin care knowledge and follow some of the skin care procedures, that medical experts advises. When most skin problems in the exposed part of the body like face are taken care of, skin problems in the private part of the body are overlooked. But truly speaking the they cause the 80 percent of the people coming to hospital related with skin diseases. So we need to prevent skin diseases in time before it infects us. Here, I put some of the advices medical experts say relating prevention of skin diseases.
1. Don’t ever use clothings used by other person.
2. Avoid skin contact in public places especially when it is hot and sweaty.
3. Prevent any skin contact with a person having skin desease.
4. Wash the body after you return from your office or college or any gatherings.
5. If you have a cut in your skin cover it properly and avoid exposure.
6. If you have skin desease, avoid having long nails as scratching skin would spread to other areas
And lastly, go for the doctor in time if you get any skin infection.
